NEW CHALLENGE!!
Hello F.W.C. readers!
First of all, we wanted to thank and congratulate all of you again for participating in our first contest. We weren’t expecting all those entries, so you can’t imagine how happy we were when we found out we had 15 stories’ entries!! And let me tell you that all the one-shots were amazing!! It was really hard to choose only one.
A couple of quick announcements before we move on as well. Our blog now has a new feature in which those whose contests are listed on our blog can post their winners here as well! Simply e-mail us the information and that's it! Secondly, we have a new blinkie that we would like to encourage all of you to use to help spread the word (<--over there). Now, as you all know, one of the prizes was that the winner could choose the next theme for the next contest. Lovely Leanne Golightly was the winner of the Missing Moment contest, and she’s chosen a very interesting theme…
WHAT ABOUT ALICE? CONTEST: Alice having depth. Typically this character is always portrayed as a shopaholic and make-over lover. So now you have the chance to make her over (;D). You can write about her human life; when she met Jasper; an AH story with her working as a… policewoman; anything you can think of. The idea is to create a new Alice that’s not always worried about the latest trends. To ENTER THE CONTEST, fill out the form in the right sidebar (over there -->). Deadline: Friday June 11, 2010 12:00 AM PST- Friday July 9, 2010 11:59 PM PST.
Rules:
-One-shot (Any length).
-Stories can be written in any POV (or a specific character's POV)
-Collaborations are allowed.
-No more than 2 entries per person.
-Lemons are not required, although they are acceptable. But let us know your
one-shot is rated M.
-You may use characters from existing stories, but the one-shot must be able to stand on its own. So if you're going to add OCs, make sure to explain who they are in the one-shot.
-You can post your links here, and you have time until Friday July 9, 2010 11:59 PM PST, to post the link.
-NO rape/abuse/incest/pedophilia (submissions will be banned at the discretion of the monitors).

I wish you could've seen the happy dance I just did reading the response to Lalaranya's question. I had the exact same one. So excited for this! My friends and I ran a similar contest last year.
